Identity Theft Expense
Covers you for compensation paid to your customers for expenses incurred to re-establish their name, credit and accounts following a theft of their personal information from your premises.
Employment Practices
Covers wrongful employment practices that you are liable for by law such as violation of human rights laws (discrimination, harassment, humiliation), regulations relating to employment (recruitment, evaluation, compensation, allocation of work, promotion, demoting, disciplining) and improper termination of employment.
Abuse
Covers defense and compensatory claims for you if it is alleged you have been negligent in your responsibility for an employee who is purported to have committed the abuse of a third party.
Functional Replacement Cost
Covers replacement with new property which may have technological advantages representing an improvement in function and used for the same purposes in the event that new property of like kind and quality is not obtainable.
Loss of Business Income is Actual Loss Sustained
Reimburses you for the total amount of any insured Business Income loss.
Leasehold Interest (Rents)
Covers you for loss suffered due to termination of a favourable lease because of damage to the leased premises by a covered cause. This policy will pay the difference between the current rental value and the rent actually paid prior to the loss for the balance of the lease term, or twelve months, whichever occurs first.

10% discount on commercial property policy if insuring both home and commercial business.
